The presenter:
• articulated a strong recommendation for a vaccine
• advocated for dropping the pamphlet approach
• demonstrated the four steps to take with vaccine hesitancy.

  • the importance of the COVID-19 vaccination program
  • the safety and effectiveness of the three vaccines that were currently authorized under EUA (Emergency Use Authorization)
  • ways to communicate with healthcare personnel and patients about the benefits and risks of receiving COVID-19 vaccination.
