- Our organization’s, website’s, and publications’ branding and design elements, including, without limitation, the Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council, Inc. (GLITC) and Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Epidemiology Center (GLITEC) logos, floral pattern, and beadwork pattern.
- Videos and recordings that are embedded on Our site (“Media”).
- Our data-driven reports and publications, including, without limitation, the Elder Health Report: American Indian/Alaska Native Elder Health in Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin 2018; Three-State Community Health Profile: American Indian/Alaska Native Health in Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin 2016; Native Health in the Bemidji Area factsheets; and other similar reports and publications that may be added to the Service from time to time (“Reports”).
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Materials, except as follows:
- Your Device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to Your accessing and viewing those materials.

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
