3:20 minutes Penny (Red Cliff) speaks about her work as a caretaker of all waters. She is a trained doula and works with pregnant women, including those who use drugs, to help protect our spiritual waters within women.

5:27 minutes Eva talks about her personal experience with unresolved childhood issues, depression, anxiety, intimate partner violence, and attempted suicide. She shares techniques she later learned to pull herself out of depressive episodes and describes the light she has found on her journey.
